Another State that pays no taxes but could not survive without the others, South Texas perpetually complains that not only did we steal half their land, it's the half with all the jobs and paved roads.

South Texas is between the Rio Grande and Guatemala.

Do you mean the Guadalupe? I think El Paso thinks it's West Texas. SO, you're going to get a little blow with that.
