No matter how hard Naruto and I train, Tsunade-sama has yet to give us a mission beyond level C. I'm growing frustrated that my funds are running so low, I can hardly afford my own apartment (which she recently moved into so that she could feel a little bit more independent). The other day I was sitting on my window sill, writing in my journal, when suddenly the porcelain drinking cup on my side table cracked. I'm not one for superstitions, but I think something is about to happen. Something big that I feel I may not have enough power to overcome. -
I wonder...
It seems Sensei is out of the hospital, so we're going out for a mission to survey the area for any potential members of Akatsuki. I certainly hope they're only rumors, and if they aren't I'll just have to protect him with all my strength.

I'm a little disappointed in allowing myself to lose to Naruto the other day in our training session. I admit though, he has matured a lot since about three years ago. I try my best with him, but he was raised in such a different world from mine that I can't seem to understand why he acts this way. Is he doing this on purpose? Or is he really intending to tell the truth?
