Well, I was torn between the duty to update my LJ once in a while and my aversion to writing a boring entry

a guy who bakes, even more delicious, lol!

i've just started learning how to bake, and so far, the only thing i've mastered is food for the gods, but i'm working on pie crusts, so i can try out my cousin's recipe for walnut pie.

i love cooking, specially chinese and italian, but baking intimidates me!!! lol.

Last night, I made oatmeal raisin cookies, and the night before, I made maple spice muffins. I like to bake. Two years ago, I even briefly worked for a donut shop. Unfortunately, I usually end up eating most of what I bake. I think I need children. When I was at my sister's, my niece and nephew helped out a bit with the baking, but helped out a lot with the eating.

I admit, however, that I am a mediocre cook. I can follow a recipe, and I can eat what I cook, but I don't really impress too many people with my masterpieces. My baking, however, gets rave reviews, especially my gingerbread.

My plan is to find a woman who likes to cook. I will peel and wash and prepare ingredients, set the table, and clean up afterward, but she will be the chef. Except, of course, when I am baking. :)

arrrgh! stop it, you're making me hungry......she'll be a very, very lucky woman, lol. i'd like to watch you bake sometime, but i have to warn you......i'd steal lots of cookies, i have a terrible, terrible sweet tooth, but i'd pay you in hugs and kisses ;)
