Well, it's been established that Omochabako no Kuni no Alice is now coming out on December 22, 2011. I found this information from one of the Girls-Style articles here http://www.girls-style.jp/news/201108/25/01ota_qr.php. There are also a few new CGs we haven't seen around the internet yet.

Hopefully we'll really get the game this time. *crosses

Aksys Games is selling Hakuoki merchandise in their online shop now. I felt so excited to see this. It's like I realized that otome games are coming out in English all over again. Aksys Games posted a survey for everyone interested in Hakuoki. The survey is very short, and meant to give them an idea of what the fans want to get with the Limited Edition version of the game. If anyone wants to put in their two cents, I've reposted the link here.

Another announcement from AX is that JAST USA is trying to bring us the Starry Sky project. It's not set in stone like Hakuoki, but it sounds promising.

There's some great news from the Anime Expo this year. Apparently Aksys Games will be releasing an otome game in Japanese with English text on the PSP. It will be 'Hakuoki' by Idea Factory. From the current information, we should have a normal version and a special edition version. There is a link to the live blog here.

I waited till nearly the last minute to pre-order ZMG but it's finally done. Now I can geek out for a couple weeks to a month before it arrives in the mail. Regardless of the long wait I'm still really happy. The only other company I get so worked up over is Quinrose.

I feel so giddy! XD

I think the OVA idea has been scrapped, but in it's stead is a glorious movie! If Quinrose comes through with this, I can forgive them for everything else. I found out about it when I looked at their official page for updates. It's a Heart no Kuni no Alice movie, but Joker weaseled in anyway. As I was doing my daily otome update check, I found thisThere were several new CGs on that page along with information on some new routes that will be added to the Director's Cut.
