My greenbean plants grew twice their size overnight last night! I swear to gods. They really did!

Anyway, as promised... these are from just after we built/planted the veggie bed yesterday.

your garden looks amazing!! we did tons of work on ours this past Sunday. Farmer Cody looks well-pleased. :)

I tried to keep a garden in L.A. and failed miserably. I think if I had had a sprinkler system I might have been more successful, but as it was I just couldn't give it enough water. I'd water it in the morning and by the time I got home from work in the evening everything would be withered... I hope you have better luck with yours! Post some pictures when you get a chance? What did you plant?

Yup luckily we do have sprinklers. And Adam has been awesome about knowing which plants to put where so it is flourishing - a herb garden on the left with pineapple sage, lavender, chocolate mint, thyme, rosemary, basil etc - and wildflowers on the right. We have a peach tree that is just starting to grow little fuzzy baby peaches and we dug out a whole new flower bed behind it and along the sides of the lawn to plant a whole bunch of new stuff. I'll post pics soon. :)
