Magic Beanstalks and Garden Porn
My greenbean plants grew twice their size overnight last night! I swear to gods. They really did!
Anyway, as promised... these are from just after we built/planted the veggie bed yesterday.
Here's the view of the garden from just outside the entrance to El Porcho. And yes, that is a gnome hanging out with the pot of pansies.
A backward angle. Look at those little darlings. So tiny and cute.... but don't let them fool you! They will lead me to the Golden Goose by next Thursday!
Farmer Cody. So proud. So tired. So covered in dirt.
In case you were concerned, the gnome is not the only Guardian of our garden. He and this fairy take shifts.
The Pansy Pixie, on the other hand, is somewhat lazy. But I must admit, she does wonders with the sage, which survived the winter and is now THRIVING.
And one last angle of the veggie bed, for good measure.
IF (big if) the garden flourishes, I will post pictures of our progress... next time I'll use the Good Camera instead of my camera phone. And I'll take them earlier in the day when the garden is in full sunshine.
