Australian researchers did studies of running athletes which showed that DD-cup breasts could bounce up to 6 inches *while* wearing a sports bra. They designed better bras from that uncomfortable research!

I am not a fan of running either, but walking has got a lot more comfortable since I started wearing tough-ass sports bras befitting a superheroine. I do rather fancy Batwoman's retro pointy armour bra.
