Surprisingly, the soreness is almost totally gone.  In fact, my legs feel fine.  My butt is still a bit tender (because my bike seat SUCKS), and my lower back hurts, but I have back problems anyway and it doesn't feel worse than a particularly stiff day usually does.  I am superwoman?  Still no times posted.

Well, I would guess that since you've been going to the gym and training, you're more used to the strain and get over it quickly. Which is pretty cool. ^_^

Soreness do go away within two to three days for people who are in good shape.

I was so sore an hour after I finished my 508 I couldn't get out of bathtub and climb into bed. My parents had to help me. Then it was carrying me down the stairs the next morning.

Then within about two days, I was almost sore-free. Staying sore is indeed hard work! XD
