I have been brainstorming lately on what else I possibly want to do with my life, and yeah, this isn't the end all be all of my career choices...but it's a damn good career, it took me forever to get in, and I really do need the gain right now so I can get a bleeding vehicle.

i would be a nurse talking to people about this very thing if i didn't love selling hot sauce so fucking much. this whole subject is a lifelong study and interest of mine. i know (or can look it up) more than you may realize about it.
i get very upset when health things happen to friends and i don't hear about it.
(btw alcoholism is not just a chemical imbalance. nor just genetic. it's a bunch of things. i should know. i watched my stepfather turn yellow in front of my eyes before finally dying. while i was in nursing school. i've studied the shit out of it.)

no. not alright. can't really go into it right now. but i'll be ok so don't worry.
on the popping of pills... the guy that lived in my apartment before me for a long time. he died. after having chronic kidney failure for years. he had to have dialysis twice a week, four hours a pop. he was the manager of the supplement section of whole foods for many, many years.
taking a shit ton of supplements is horrible for your kidneys and liver. getting rid of all the excess vitamins and stuff. you only need a few things. the rest is pretty much a rip off.
kudzu vine extract if you want to get exotic for treating alcoholism.
you're body has no chance to fully rest. things are getting wacked out with this stress.
