About three weeks ago I sprained some muscles in the neck/shoulder area doing jiu-jitsu. The pain was nothing new as I always have some small nagging injury. Some pics from a seminar I attended at the BJJ gym. The guest instructor Danny Suarez was our coach's original jiu-jitsu instructor and is also an accomplished cage fighter out in California. He taught some nifty (if complicated) moves along with working on some basics. Good stuff!
