Oh man, this one hurts. The last two lines really get me. I can definitely see Toby thinking this, wondering who is this man who has me gagged and at knifepoint. Did I ever know him? An excellent peek into Toby's mind at that time.

Thanks, Cat. It always struck me as kind of sad that Keller's attempts to put things right were always so misguided. Here he is, telling Beecher this elaborate plan he's concocted all for him but he's doing it while straddling him, all gagged and terrified. He has such a desperate air when he wants people to listen to him. I think this one hurt me too, so i'm glad it did it's job *g*

Oh man. I have a thing for that scene, too, I just can't deny it, and this is a brutal, heartbreaking (and, I think, accurate) look inside Beecher's mind as he sat in that chair. Damn! And ouch! *Awesome* job.
