Nothing wrong with the guys watching Miss Sally do the weather and offering up philosophy on how little that means in Oz. And this is really good, It might be summer outside, but the forecast in Oz never changed.

Cold. Bleak. And deadly.

Ditto-ing Rebecca's kudos for those last lines. Perfect summation of Oz weather. Forecast: storms ahead, 365 days a year.

Thanks for the weather update, Oz-style.

Thanks Sarah. I was going for funny, but the muses had other ideas, hence the whiplash.

LOL, I love Foxy Weather with Miss Sally as the celebrity meteorologist. And so true about Oz, the forecast never changing. Cold, bleak and deadly is a perfect description. Excellent drabble.

Thanks Partner. It wasn't what I was going for, but you always say, trust the muses, so I did.

LMAO - Miss Sally doing the weather - it's scary just how easily I could picture this in my mind. And the “Hot. Hot. Hot." just killed me. And then you leave off with such an abrupt turn-around in mood - really terrific drabble.

Ooh, really liked this. Great job. Perfect snapshot of one facet of life in Oz. The fact that outside time and weather don't have much meaning inside, it's just another way they're cut off. And I rather liked the humor switching to bleakness, it reminded me of the show, heh. ;)
