Work is going as well as can be expected. There are headaches that come with managing a restaurant staff on this mountain. But, the headaches are not terrible and not particularly numerous. So, I got my delivery of NOW Foods pure, unflavored whey protein isolate yesterday. I bought this stuff because I'm supplementing my protein, and I'm tired of paying for designer bodybuilding supplements that have a bunch of crap I don't need in them. Scattered Musings
Things are still going well in Ryan Land. I've been able to stick to a pretty rigid workout routine (MWF: light cardio and lifting, Tu Th Sun: heavy cardio, Sat: rest.) Self Improvement Hurts
I'm sore. The reason: I bought a gym membership Monday, and I used it. The gym in Tracy City is surprisingly well equipped, and I have a key card to access the gym 24/7.
