Step 1: Put your MP3 player or whatever music player you have on random.
Step 2: Post a line/stanza from the first 20 songs that play, no matter how embarrassing the song.
Step 3: Post and let everyone you know guess what song and artist the lines come from.
Step 4: Bold the songs when someone guesses correctly

Okay, since you've seen the movie I HAVE to know:

How on EARTH (lol word choice) does all that destruction just start? Does our orbit shift? Did the earth just wake up and decide to explode? Polar Shift? It's been bugging me ever since the freaking trailer came out. WHAT'S THE EXPLANATION BESIDES IT BEING THE DATE?

Or is there one?

And no, I don't mind spoilers.

Okay, so according to the movie, on 12/21/2012, there's a 'planetary alignment' and it causes the sun to spit out super flares or something which in turn melts the mantle under the crust causing all the plates to shift freely.

Yeah, it was actually a lot of fun. And they did get a lot of facts right.. just not, know, the idea that any of it will happen in our lifetime let alone in two years. lol

The movie screws the world up and y'know, it does a good job of it. Can't ask for much more than that. :3
