let the nights begin

ah, tonight was/is the first night of my two weeks of nights, covering anywhere between 30-50ish patients overnight, with thankfully some backup. Tonight was really hectic, busy nonstop from 8:30pm to now 4:30 am. In addition to medical issues, policy issues are often tough to deal with in the middle of night.
