Troublesome afternoon yesterday. Suffice it to say that when I finally made it to the giving-blood place and waiting 40 minutes for them to get to me, my hematocrit was 34. :P That's the lowest it's ever been, and I'm always borderline to donate. Indeed. More leafy greens are good for everyone. But it's not like I wasn't already eating meat and vegetables, AND taking my vitamin with juice (when I remembered to take it) for the extra vitamin C absorption power. *shrug* I do tend to run borderline at the best of times. I shall just have to do better.

You are not a metal bonder, thus Magneto can't rip your blood out. Unlike me with high iron and the possibility of hemocromtosis, the cure of which is blood letting/giving blood. You'd think medicine would have advanced beyond that by now?
