Troublesome afternoon yesterday. Suffice it to say that when I finally made it to the giving-blood place and waiting 40 minutes for them to get to me, my hematocrit was 34. :P That's the lowest it's ever been, and I'm always borderline to donate. You are not a metal bonder, thus Magneto can't rip your blood out. Unlike me with high iron and the possibility of hemocromtosis, the cure of which is blood letting/giving blood. You'd think medicine would have advanced beyond that by now?
