Gave blood on Friday. I had iron! It's always better when I'm exercising regularly. I was also not completely exhausted the next day, like I was the last time - another exercise benefit! Today would have been week 20 if I were still pregnant. :( I'm doing okay. I think I'm still having some cognitive dissonance - this isn't something that fits with the life story I thought I had. Troublesome afternoon yesterday. Suffice it to say that when I finally made it to the giving-blood place and waiting 40 minutes for them to get to me, my hematocrit was 34. :P That's the lowest it's ever been, and I'm always borderline to donate.
