I've been sick, then too busy to work out. But whenever someone mentioned they had worked out, I felt this weird pang in me. Dunno why exactly. I suppose I still see working out as a thing that people who are either healthy (I was so sick it would've sapped my strength more, and who wants to have someone constantly coughing or sneezing working

OMG I LOVE YOU ;.; I always keep an eye out at the gym to see if there's anyone else that doesn't stop until it hits the "right" number, but they never do, so I always feel like I'm the only one. Yay we're both numerically neurotic! *cling*
And don't sweat it about the 7-min mile, I only wish I could do that x.x I'm typically 10-min on the elliptical or 13-min on the treadmill, stupid asthma >.< Plus you've actually got a good routine set, mine is just "Hmm, that machine is open and doesn't have other people around it, I guess I'll do a few sets of that."

I've never tried my gym's sole stairmaster. I've tread the treadmill but it seems really awkward and I have a hard time finding my rhythm. I'm always a millisecond off (or several). I need to hold onto the bar when I use them. *blush* We have several of these Elevation cross trainers. Hee, most of my college's gym is full of Life Fitness equipment, besides older strength machines/benches/weights/bars so I just do a circuit of all of them I can use alone. Thanks, though!
Edit: I tried to explain 7:01 by saying "1" and "7" are both prime numbers but that seemed so weak!
