On-going dramas Summer 2011 (part 1): Drops

I've been wanting to do this for so long...

And finally I have a little time to give my impressions about the dramas that I'll be watching this season that ...trust me....are A LOT!!!!It's too late to write about all of them so today I'll report about the ones I have fully caught up with.

I on the other haand love new Hana Kimi, it's for me like 100 x much better than first one , esp plot becus this one has a plot and a lot things from manga while first one was only variation where they've changed characters and instead of plot concentrated on random crack, even if i'm Toma fan. It gives more justice of the manga, i love new characters, and i can see chemistry between Sano and Mizuki. Everything is more logical but ther's a lot of crack too. Maany of my friends who read the manga hated old version and didn't wanted to watch new one but after i showed them they're in love and want to read manga once again. For me this new version is kinda "Sorry manga fans for this old version, now we're making up for this". And ah- i'm telling from 4 eps perspective. Comparing only first ep of old Hana Kimi and 1st ep of new hana Kimi, new it's still better becuse a lot happens, while in old 2st ep they we're almost only catching Mizuki all the time XD. While i watched old Hana Kimi it was ok, but this version made me realize that if

Also I am judging this based only on the dramas.I have never read the manga (although I wanted too) so I can't have an opinion about it.I have also heard that the Taiwanese version is closer to the manga and I've been thinking about watching this.Still though, adapting something closer to the manga does not automatically makes it better to watch.

Well, manga is one of my favourites and i was very disappointed how they "ruined" it first time so it's obvious for me that this time closer to manga means better. That's why i think remake was really good decision and i'm really happy how they're making it so far (well, maybe only 5 ep was decent xD). As for Taiwanese dramas i tried to watch it, it was really similar by the main plot but characters kind of disappointed me XD. And since Taiwanese dramas seems sooo looong i stopped after 4 eps. XD

I have watched only two Taiwanese dramas: Devil Beside you and Love Contract, both for Mike He but I liked none!

They ARE long and totally not mys tyle.I am watching a Korean drama from time to time but that's about it.
