Breeding/Separating Part 2

Sep 08, 2008 21:41

First off, thank you to those that responded to my earlier post. I'm not so worried about separating them, and now I think it would be best.

As it turns out, we got two males and a female, and guess what? Somebody's been fighting. One of the males has an injury on his back just above his tail and has apparently been "exiled" from the other pair. (In a CritterTrail 3 cage, he was in the bottom and the other two were in the "apartment" at the top.)

Anywho, I spoke to my husband, and he wants to see if we can take them back to the store to get other females. If they won't take them back, then I'll just buy some smaller cages and separate them. I really don't want to have to take them back, but I definately don't want them fighting, either.

More updates as events unfold. :)
