My main account's inbox was 135MB as of this morning. I just pruned a whole bunch of crap out of it, mostly those image-heavy joke emails that family members send around. We have vegetarian paella and seafood paella (treif). Now Trowa is working on this final one, which is chicken and sausage (also treif). Oddly enough, the fish stock and seafood didn't make the house smell very fishy at all, but the cooking chicken and sausage emit quite a strong aroma ( Read more... )

One 30-gallon bag, mostly full, is now tied off and going out on the curb...and there's more. I've been at this for hours and I'm still. not. done.

This is not just emotionally stressful for me, but physically. Maybe I need a little shot of something to help me chill out.

My room is now as clean as I can reasonably make it in only a couple of days of work. There's still lots of laundry to do, but a lot of clothes have been put away already. As much floor as I can reach has been vacuumed. Dust bunnies have been sucked away. Sheets have been washed. I still need to hide certain items (ahem), but otherwise I will not ( Read more... )

We're breaking from cleaning to have some dinner. My parents are coming on Tuesday, and the house has not been in a state which I could tolerate them witnessing.
