I hope it helped fulfill your request for "later Missouri" at least a little bit! There's a reason I saved off that request of yours.

And I'm glad you liked it. *hugs*

I adore Missouri so thanks for this! In a way, it's probably a good thing that we didn't see more of her after 'Home' because otherwise she'd probably have been killed off by now lol.

It's so true! If you run over who isn't dead, it's kind of like this: "Bobby. Um... Rufus. Probably not, anyway. How about... no. Nope. Nope. Hrm..."

Love Missouri's voice that you've captured so well here.

...by then she could only pray.

The curse of foresight without foreknowledge. Great drabble.

Thank you!

It really is more of a curse under those circumstances, and regardless of which version you have I think you'd still feel both assaulted by and somehow responsible for the things you've seen-- even when there's nothing you can do. :(

Thank you! I sure wish we'd seen more of Missouri in the later seasons. She was too interesting to just let drop.

What was she doing? I've seen her in so many character parts that I have no feeling for whether she's primarily a comedian or not!

Darn my lack of cable!

I've always had a fondness for Loretta. I watched Ely Stone for her, which was kind of a cute show on its own, but mainly... I was waiting for her to show up. ;)
