The way you wrote this--with delicacy and with it happening because of the bleakness of their situation, and how it ends up giving them strength--it works for me, and I'm not really a wincest person.

I so wish they HAD that comfort in canon, even if it was just listening to each other and hearing, and not doubting what was underneath the words. It's been a tough road for them both.

Oh, I really liked this! It has an inevitability about it, a "damn the torpedoes" attitude - the way they just relax into their feelings and decide despite everything they still have each other. Great stuff!

This was so lovely. It was wonderful to see our Sam and Dean unified in their determination to continue saying 'no' to Lucifer and Michael - and yes to the comfort and love they find in one another. This was perfect, hon. Thank you.
