Your user-icon reminds me how much I love Kat and Annie's relationship from Gunnerkrigg Court. It's so sweet; they may not have a lot in common, but they clearly look out for each other.

I don't know if I'd call it a friendship, per say, but I LOVE Snow and Regina's relationship on OUAT. There is so much history there. They've known each other forever. Regina was once Snow's step-mother. The first time they met, Regina saved Snow. Regina also tried to kill Snow on multiple occasions because she blamed Snow for the death of her True Love. Yet even with the multiple murder attempts, Snow kept trying to see the best in Regina. She could never quite write her off because she remembered that woman who saved her, the step-mother she once loved. And once Regina started down the path to redemption, Snow was right there, ready to support her. In recent history, Regina's saved or protected Snow and her family several times over. And so their relationship has really come full-circle now.
There's also Snow-Emma, Emma-Regina (next to Snow-Regina, Emma-Regina is the most compelling, complex relationship on the show), Elsa-Anna, Emma-Elsa, Snow-Ruby, Ruby-Belle, Ingrid and her sisters...This show has a lot of awesome f-f

Nyssa and Tegan - both classic canon and the BF audios, again. Ace and Mel - for only one classic Who serial, but it doesn't matter because they got each other
