Hey, so this is what I have for the prompt. Oh and the other woman is Miss Lemon, because why not...

Yay, thank you for writing this for me! I think the pairing works well, I think Miss Marple would appreciate Miss Lemon's unpretentious competence. And the two of them happily living their lives out together with no money troubles is a very nice vision!

I genuinely get so mad that Poirot describes her as 'plain almost ugly' and just went 'hang on... Jane would LOVE her for being herself and not caring' so... that happened.

I just love the image of Miss Lemon having someone to care for her after losing Poirot.

I like Poirot, but he can be quite an ass! I like Miss Lemon and her sister is pretty cool too.
But then I'm quite fond of a lot of Christie's female characters. Miss Marple is my favorite, but I'm also partial to Ariadne Oliver and Tuppence and Eileen "Bundle" Brent.

I mostly watch the TV series if I'm honest but I do so love the Bundle we got in the show. I also love the Body In The Library episode because of the way they used the characters was brilliant.

The series with Joan Hickson or the one with Geraldine McEwan / Julia McKenzie? Would you recommend it?

The Geraldine series and I know it's not EXACTLY to the books but I love that stupid show so much when I'm feeling low.

I might give it a try, I'm not too fussed about adaptions not sticking close to the original.

It gets a bit LGBT in Body In The Library, just so you know (Adelaide and Josie are... amazingly well cast though)
