My dog was put to sleep two years ago. It was a very bad day, and week, and months, and I still miss him. So, I guess I know what you're going through. I'm sorry.

it is not silly to mourn you kitty because she's "just a cat" - pets are as much of a part of your family as anything else. *hugs*
