So, court. Went okay, despite the setbacks. The quick version is that both claims were dismissed, which in simple terms means we both walk away and no-one pays anybody any extra money. Which is all I wanted, really - just to clear it up and move on. There's a bit more, but for now, I can feel relieved and go on with my life. Thank-you Mr

On one occasion a truck went into the back of a car. The driver duly took pics etc. When the claim came through from the other driver he was claiming for a completely different car (colour, model, registration!). So although there had been a bump it just got dismissed as the insurers had evcidence that the bloke claiming was pulling a fast one.

YAY! he is great, isn't he? *sigh* there is something in his music that always got to me, no matter what. ok, some of his stuff was weaker, but I'm very faithful to him! lol! if you want anything else, tell me!

Yes! We haven't had dinner out for over a year (alone) so this is a well-earned break!
Yes, Colin is lovely - I was even singing along with the first song, though I didn't know it! Always a good sign with me! Plus the version of "Into the Mystic" is pretty good too! I love Van Morrison, so for someone to cover him well is a good thing!
*kisses back, Miss Piggy!*

Yeah, we are looking forward to going out - we haven't done it in more than a year, just us for dinner, I mean. It should be good! Thanks!
