need your input guys

ok, so some of you had noticed that i have been in the best shape of my life and put on some muscle. the ways i have done it is by buying a new heavier weight set, but more importantly i have stepped up my cardio big time. i bike 12 miles a week now and do 270 crunches 3 days a week. also cut down on the sugar big time and rarley ever snack between ( Read more... )

The best way to do it is to add in the additional milk a bit at a time so your body doesn't go nuts. See how you are reacting after three weeks and adjust then.

If you want to put on muscle, eat peanut butter. And eat it daily. If you eat a peanut butter and whole wheat sandwich its the equivalent of eating a thick steak. It's all good for you too.

My brother does personal training on the side, and he always says that the best way to build up muscle is to really cut down on the cardio. I guess it inhibits muscles or something. If you want, I can give him your number and have him call you and you guys can discuss it.

thanks darling. yea i was told i can still do my cardio but i have to just eat more protein to build up muscle so, i am going to try that out and see how it works!
