need your input guys

ok, so some of you had noticed that i have been in the best shape of my life and put on some muscle. the ways i have done it is by buying a new heavier weight set, but more importantly i have stepped up my cardio big time. i bike 12 miles a week now and do 270 crunches 3 days a week. also cut down on the sugar big time and rarley ever snack between meals. i also drink a glass of ovaltine (with skim milk) and 8 glasses of water per day.

now here's the question. i would like to get a little more built muslce wise and was thinking of trying ensure. here's the question:

can i drink a glass of skim milk and a small bottle of ovaltine a day and not blow up like a blimp?

or should i just drink about 3 ensure bottles a week rather than have one daily?
