Calling in the big guns. RAUL!!

(Also, I've been procrastinating watching the Cuatro footage from Dortmund for the first time and good lord, I was not aware that Xabi had so thoroughly lost his shit. Oh, he was pissed at the second goal. At the third goal, he kicked the ball into the stands and started screaming at people and like, agressively pulling up his socks. And when he conceded the penalty he was actually tearing out his own hair in rage. We broke Xabi, you guys. Like 8 min into this video.)

Omg, Xabi. I think my heart just broke into a million little pieces. I'm glad I don't understand what they were saying. Seeing him was enough.

Phew, that was really hard to watch. Poor guy, so full of impotent rage. I hope he gets his mojo back because as much as I love him, he was really off last week, and even against Atleti.

But did anyone see his hometown team against Valencia this weekend? Holy crap they are playing some super sexy football this weekend. Their second goal reminded me of THAT goal against Ajax last season, it was so gorgeous. Totally gone off tangent, but I needed to express my feels.

"Three goals, motherfuckers? I gotta score three goals to save your sorry asses?"

Well that is the most accurate fake caption ever ever.

Bless Mou. He has no time for your bullshit.

Remember you said, "If you saw Xabi looking like that..."

I COULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT IT. :b

Yup. As much as we don't want to see any of them look so broken down, it's always worse when it's your favorite.

I think my favorite part of these posts are the picture captions.

Also, this knot in the pit of my stomach...I can't wait till tomorrow is OVER.

I organised my booze and made sure no one is at home for kickoff.

I am going out to dinner tomorrow night and am praying I will make it back in time for this battle of epic proportions. And that's what I want to see: a battle. Not just a football match, and certainly not the kind of football we played back in Dortmund (although I've seen worse matches). WE ARE REAL MADRID! HASTA EL FINAL, VAMOS REAL!!
