Here I am at my highest weight ever. 161.2. I hate myself. I want to be atleast 130 by the time college rolls around or at the VERY least 140. I need to get back on track with everything, but sometimes I feel ridiculously unmotivated. Here's the new plan, hope I can stick with it

self loathing only makes it harder and worse, be happy for your accomplishments and think positive! try 1500 calories first then lower it by 100 every week!
dont go under 1200 cause then your metabolism slows down
