zomg I fancy Alan Jackson LIKE MAD. (Also cos he's Banquo in the ShakespeaRe-told Macbeth with James MacAvoy and they kiss in, like, the first 30 seconds. BEST MACBETH EVER.) I still remember calapine was SCANDALISED when we were watchign the ep where he did a skateboard trick and I was all "duh! all the boys my age were skater geeks back in the day." and she was all "YOU CAN'T BE THE SAME AGE AS MARIA'S DAD. HE'S A GROWN-UP!" and then flailed a lot while fan_eunice and I laughed and laughed.

I really can't expect my secret santa to write the epic multi-chapter 24/HL opus I want

Tell me more of this opus. :D

I found Rand Morgan and Cat and their relationship by far the most interesting thing in the novel

YES. That. *makes big eyes at you*

YOU. HI! *purrs*

Tell me more of this opus. :D

I wish I could. lol. I, ah, short circuit when I try and think beyond Hamri Al-Assad is an Immortal. But it would start with establishing flashbacks to Duncan and Assad meeting sometime in the past in the middle east, CLEARLY. And in modern times, then Duncan has to be mixed up with CTU, OBVIOUSLY. And, well, it contines from there. :D

I was so disappointed that it wasn't actual canon in the book! I was sure it was, and well, pretty much is despite the ending, but still. whatevs. *g*

So, you know what's hilarious is when you go to Wiki 24 to remind yourself of the details of the plot, and then you start reading the plot summaries. OMG, show, could you be any more implausible or complicated? *giggle*

heeeee.

I think most shows sound ridiculous in the abstract, even more so than in regular viewing. *g* I was reading Angel episode synopsis (don't ask me why, I was bored and had read that article about Cordelia you linked to and wanted to understand the plot) and reading and viewing clips out of context made it even more campy than I'm sure it was.

Nate & Hayes is charming and fun and has a built in threesome, but so damn obscure. It's almost a wasted request.

Not really. I know the movie. ;) (Dunno if I can write in it, though ... I'll have to re-watch.)

I look at my requests for things like Hurt Locker and The Salton Sea as ... maybe the other person on the planet who knows these movies will be moved to offer them.

I mean, I see that the other person on the planet who knows Louise Cooper's Time Master/Chaos Gate has again nominated them. Who knows, we may yet find our 3rd fan. ;)

sigh. I requested it for a couple of years of yuletide, and not many ever offered to write it. Anyway, it's finally out on DVD so that's good.

:D yes.
