I adored this chapter. I definitely agree that Viggo is a hard person to wrap your head around, but the challenge is worth it, I think.

I loved the Viggo and John bits. I also love how it's always "John's partner" and never "Scott". And the added McAvoy had me gasp with GLEE and cover my mouth with my hands.

And man, you shouldn't have links the LOTRiPS tag, now I'll get nothing done tonight. ;)

I was telling someone else that I should amend that to point out that Viggo normally always gives me fits, but this flowed brilliantly. He was totally giving his blessing. As for it being John's partner and not Scott, that's more a matter of place-holders. Viggo knows lots of people named Scott, and there are a few he doesn't like. There are people who are just a name, but by saying 'John's partner' that gives him a proper placing and he's not just some random name.

God, I love this so hard. You are, hands down, my favorite fic writer, of any fandom.

OMG I have always had great love and lust for Kerry. YaY
And then there is John B, fast becoming a new love. Double Yay

the cutness/hottness that is Milo and Shia. oh wow and a double YaY

this:

Regardless of anything else that happens, this truth will still be there a year from now, five years from now or ten years from now. Viggo can say that he did this, that regardless of anything else, he made a story about hope and love and that even if Shia and Milo didn't fall in love, Noah and Simon did.

For this moment in time, this love is real and powerful and tangible. And this is why Viggo does what he does, because this, this is art.

Beautiful. simply, beautiful.

act V, George. I've just sprouted wings.

I am enjoying this so much it's sinful, so I'm truly thrilled to find other people are enjoying it so much too. Thank you :-)

Wow. The tone change for Viggo is impressive. Awesome and affecting and just enough (endearingly) pretentious.

Viggo requires much thought and contemplation. I want to try and present him properly, but I feel that way about all my characters. I am v biased.

Oh, yes. Your Viggo is exasperating, futile and obstreperous in the stillest way possible, all that equanimity over a vasty strangeness. And he's beautiful, in the way the plains in winter are beautiful, bleak and bare-bones honest. I like him. Even though I think he's crazy.

You took the words right out of my mouth, that is *exactly* how I feel about Viggo too.
