This is the point at which I feel like I'm whining (aka. I'm sick of having to think about it therefore everyone else must by tired of hearing me talk about it).
However, I've got to go through the same obsessively ordered internal vetting process that I went through when I originally processed my mental illness to ferret out all the minute details

It sounds like you're on the right path of being able to find a way to distinguish whether the issues you're having in a particular moment are physical, mental or a little of both. Using the journal as a way to find that pattern is a GOOD thing :)
