This is the point at which I feel like I'm whining (aka. I'm sick of having to think about it therefore everyone else must by tired of hearing me talk about it).

I'm glad if I can help in some way -- teasing apart fibro stuff and depression stuff is tricky in some similar ways.

You post as much as you need since that's what a journal is for - to organize your thoughts. The fact that it's online gives you the chance to get feedback from people with common problems and interests. I'm sure you've found it worse to bottle it up and not let it out anywhere until you go BOOM somewhere you didn't want to.

It sounds like you're on the right path of being able to find a way to distinguish whether the issues you're having in a particular moment are physical, mental or a little of both. Using the journal as a way to find that pattern is a GOOD thing :)
