My thanksgiving meal:
-1 slice of extra lean dry turkey, slice will be half the size of my index finger
-1 cranberry
-a few salad leaves and I will put a bottle of salad dressing near the plate for imaginary flavor
-1/16 of a pecan
- 1 glass of fitness water
