I'm not doing well.
I feel numb all the time. Almost like my brain has been locked away, and I can't reach it. Im tired all the time, I can't bring myself to work or exercise because I'm so tired. I'm constantly switching off. I can't concentrate, I can't think. I've got two essays due next week that I cannot even begin to start writing, everytime

I feel like tired and hungry and unmotivated a lot of the time [especially now that school's back] though you're obviously having a harder time than me. I found that when I get stressed I put my iPod on really loud or I hide under my doona, and it helps. I tend to write fanfiction too when I'm stressed or upset. Is there something you do like that to keep your mind off real-life?
Again, I'm not really sure what to say or do, but I hope it all gets better soon. Will be thinking about you.
