Pain and Beauty

Whenever I am opening to the world lately - especially during my spiritual practice - I am opening up to beauty and pain. There is so much beauty I am grateful for, so much laughter, dancing and earthy delights. At the same time whenever I am breathing mana and uniting my energies with those of the Earth, there is Pain that is felt. There are

Amen. Some days its hard just to walk in beauty when I've got this big zit on my chin. Or to walk in love when Adam is bugging the shit out of me. Some days it's all so overwhelming, and that's not looking beyond bed times and dinners and the laundry.

This is where all the Feri stuff makes more and more sense to me, where the warrior nature really shines through. We walk in love and beauty and power no matter what, when we don't feel it, when we're overwhelmed.
