i'm extremely bored at work so thought i'd post some questions i'd been wondering about

I think it's pretty inevitable that Morgana will turn 'to the dark side' as it were at some point - it's been made clear by Katie, by several writers and by the show's producers that that's the path they intend to take the character down. Katie herself referred to Morgana as 'ultimately evil' in one of the episode commentaries

i haven't heard any of that from katie or the producers! where have you see or heard that?

i can imagine morgana just snapping at some point, i mean she turned pretty quickly again uther after tom died!

this 5 year plan could be very interesting :)

There was an interview released recently (if you look in some of the general Merlin comms you'll find it - it was only a week or two ago), I can't remember which one, which had comments from a couple of cast members on what was happening in the second series and Katie mentioned that her story lines were getting darker and that Morgana might even start doing some black magic.

And the 'five year plan' was a comment from the producers/creators that was in a bunch of interviews in the run up to the first series.
