Good luck hitting anything with a hosepipe in this weather.

Only the terminally stupid would be out using a hosepipe in this weather, which invariably means someone somewhere will be ;o)

LOL!

NOOOOOOOOO!!! Don't do it, obsessive watering of gardens can only lead to an unquenchable desire to relocate *dum**dum**dum* to the Home Counties *eek!!**gasp**faints from shock*. Where such activities appear to be most prevalent*.

*No one knows why. Possibly because it's really fucking boring in that part of the country ;o)

Hopefully the storms won't prevent travel (via train) down to Sheffield on Saturday, otherwise I'll be pretty bloody miffed.

Well, the wires could come down between Leeds and Moorthorpe, which would bugger up the Great Northern, but there's always the Barnsley Road as an alternative. Theoretically there's another alternative of going via 'Udders'field and the Penistone Line, but I don't think I'd fancy my chances on top of some of those viaducts in this weather with just a pacer's body for protection. A nice class 45 and 10 Mk1 coaches on the other hand would be perfectly fine. :-)

You've met him, you've seen him dance, you know he used to live in Sheffield, so you KNOW he's mad ;o)
