There are certain songs that, in my head, go with certain of my
favourite fics. I'm not really sure why in some cases, but anyway.
I listen to the songs and then immediately have to read the fics; or
read the fics and then immediately have to round off by listening to
the songs. This is the list.
Er. So. You know how I said I wasn’t going to write an essay on every fic, and the Mercy babbling was unusual in its length? I did mean it. And I won’t write an essay on every fic. But um. Non-spoilerly remarks: I've just realised that my reaction to JK Rowling's style now is very different to what it was when I first started reading the Harry Potter books.
