Spurge

I never remember the name of the flower that comes up in the vinca patch. It's feathery and has a half yellow flower. Spurge. It's in bloom now. So are irises - all sorts - and sweet stock. Lunaria still, but not yet peonies or poppies, although both look heavily pregnant.  The sweet stock looks particularly nice in front of the rose bush on the

I hate the name spurge! It's so gross sounding. I love that plant but I call it euphorbia instead.
