Glad LJ appears to be functional today so I can read this... really don't want to have to keep track of DW as well as LJ and FB too... [sigh]

On a better note, YAY for getting out for a run in the park! May it be the first of several baby steps that will lead you back forward to closer to where/how you want to be.

It is STILL making me laugh. And just thinking the words "butt jowls" makes me sort of horrified and motivated to do squats so I'll be able to carry that with me FOREVER now!
