Have clear job descriptions for every single person in the company

Looking at this, in some sense my job has clear job descriptions that we are evaluated against, but they tell you very little about what you should do on a given day. I'm not sure you can give clearer job descriptions that what we already have, though.

There should be clear performance indicators that assess the productivity of the role.

This is another one I'm not sure how to take. I honestly don't know what that looks like for my job or how you can measure productivity in a way that is sensible. There's known vague goals, and we need a plan to get there, and need to coordinate with others on the plan. But I don't see what's measurable there -- you could count the number of blockers, or the number of times something is delayed, but that's not very useful.
