I was feeling all clever and was going to comment that Moris Marina had manipulated Heero into sex, and then I saw it was her plan all along! D'oh! I feel stoopids now!

Oh, how disturbing...wicked, wicked Mariemaia. I loved the way you described her emaciated state. It's a piteous visual but one that really helped me to get a grasp of Mariemaia's character. And oh, tragically-manipulated Heero... I enjoyed it, waaaaahness and all.

Okay, I have to admit I think I actually would have liked this fic better without the twist at the end...because I like *liking* Mariemaia, and it's harder for me to do that when she's plotting another coup or something (and also because I think it made the ending feel a little too hurried and a little too neat, if you know what I mean?)...but up until the last two paragraphs, damn. I was totally enthralled, and then feeling totally depraved for enjoying the dirty underage sex so much! Whew! Rockin.
