Those who can sew, I need your help!<3

Some friends of mine are working on a gown for a new set of pictures, and we need advice on the construction of a bodice like the one in this picture. We're guessing the pointed bottom edge is reinforced, right? And can anyone give us some advice on materials for the busks? Any help appreciated, thank you! :D

not quite sure, but it looks like a corset with sleeves...or maybe a corset itself

sometimes she sew costumes and dresses, probably she know what your friend need ^^

looks like a basic panelled corset with tapered extensions...the extensions seem to be made up of 2 panels together, so I'm guessing you'll need 8 or 10 panels together. Measure bust, waist, high hip. Divide all measurements by 10. Draw shape on paper (it should look like a ][ shape) and duplicate it so you have shape A and shape B. measure distance length of waist/hip. Draw diagonal along the distance length of waist/hip so you get ↘ and ↙

Remember to give enough seam allowance for boning, but this is your basic pattern for it.
