Those who can sew, I need your help!<3

Some friends of mine are working on a gown for a new set of pictures, and we need advice on the construction of a bodice like the one in this picture. We're guessing the pointed bottom edge is reinforced, right? And can anyone give us some advice on materials for the busks? Any help appreciated, thank you! :D

It's finished, finally! It has taken a looong time, I can't say it's as perfect as I'd like it to and the photographs could be better (everything can always be better, right?), but I can say I really like the result :D

I need some help here~ I have to send 6 photographic prints (60x100cm, mounted on foam board) to Paris for an exhibition. Any tips on how to send them/pack them/etc, so they arrive safely? :/
