Stupid realtor....

NOT the way you want to wake up before going to work....

I'm working three consecutive nights-Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I sleep late morning and all afternoon. I have to ignore the phone to get rested before working a 12+ hour night. So the phone rings yesterday afternoon about 3:30pm. A message was left on the answering machine down in the kitchen

You might consider calling the realtor and asking for the name and phone of the prospective buyers to make sure that they understand what went on. It may not help, but it could not hurt

I'm planning on it. After I get off work this morning, I have a dental appointment to go to first, then I'll start calling around. First I'll check with my realtor to make sure the listing has all the correct contact information and explain what happened. Then I'll try calling the realtor that came over Saturday to see if the buyers would like to come over this evening. If they do, this will give me a little while to clean the place up. It's been over a month since the condo was last shown, and the place has a lived-in look about it. I picked the place up yesterday after work, now I just need to vacuum and dust, etc.

The last time I thought I heard the front door opened while I was in bed half-asleep, an anrgy naked fat man went charging into the living room with an unsheathed, razor-sharp katana in his hands. :-)

Turned out to be the wind playing tricks with the screen door.
