It feels like the first day of autumn, very chilly on my walk this evening.

I followed CNN's coverage of the Hurrican Ike on Saturday, with a few checks of their coverage on Sunday, and aside from references to areas that emergency responders haven't been able to reach yet, they sounded pretty upbeat about the low number of fatalities reported so far. I'm not sure if this has been the tone of reports from most of the major ( Read more... )
