Things are good here, I'm on fall break, but hanging out on campus which is more or less deserted aside from the athletes and kids whose parents live 1000s of miles away. ie, me. But it's been fun. I hate when people attempt to sound so deep and full of emotion in their writing and it just comes off as cliche.

I am REALLY stressed.

Short entry just to say everything's going really well. Just played this week in the orchestra for opening convocation. Love the people here - they seem like genuine friends for once. Prof.'s are awesome, hate theory and aural skills but still love disease class. Wantt o be medical journalist when older. at least that's the plan this week ( Read more... )

I reread my old entries from time to time. And I was reading one in which I stated, "I look like I smoked 20 bowls of pot". And I couldn't help but think, was it REALLY necessary that I said "of pot". I mean, what else could I have hypothetically smoked? Cheerios? Ramen Noodles? I'm a kook.

What a day/night. I'm seriously amazed at how well factory workers function at 3 am. Granted, I was smiling and thanking people and blahblah, but it was alllll even more forced than usual.
