It's your journal and if you are feeling sad go ahead and say what you feel.

Plus, when you're feeling sad things seem so much worse and then after, you realize that things weren't so bad. But like, when the feeling hits you, it hits you hard and write how you feel cos like, that's what a journal is meant for.

But like, people are gay and should go fuck themselves because they don't know what the fuck a journal is. Yepp.
